Has anyone else noticed that Broadway Ave is this strange vacuum that holds heat better than the rest of the city? It can be brisk and windy out so your hands get just cold enough that you regret not bringing gloves with you and then you turn a corner and spend six minutes waiting for a 99 and you have to take off your scarf. Just me? Okay.
